Prepare your samples

Send us purified amplicons from the 16S, 18S, and/or ITS marker genes, amplified at your lab using PCR primers for the full-length genes. Each sample you submit may contain one or more of these three amplified marker genes from a given biological specimen.

Submit your final purified DNA amplicons normalized to 10-20 ng/uL in elution buffer (10 mM Tris, pH 8.5) or nuclease-free water.

How it works

Step 1

Prepare your samples

Send us purified genomic DNA that has been extracted at your lab from the source material (soil, swabs, feces. etc.).

Submit your final purified metagenomic DNA normalized to 10ng/uL in elution buffer (10 mM Tris, pH 8.5) or nuclease-free water.

Step 2

Place your order and drop off your samples

Place your order online, then drop off your sample at a dropbox or ship it with a printed label.

Step 3

Get results overnight

You’ll receive a full report with de novo assemblies and the ability to download raw reads for your own analysis.
